Rylind Wedge-loc Coupler Systems

Rylind Wedge-loc Couplers secure the Loaders bucket and other attachments eliminating the wear associated with standard pin-locking couplers. Coupler systems include Hydraulic Kits for operation. All of Rylind Attachments and Buckets are available coupler equipped.

Horizontal Pin-Locking Couplers

Rylind Horizontal Pin Locking Couplers fit most major brands of Wheel Loaders and can interchange attachments with 2 to 4 yard coupler models; such as Snow Plows, Snow Blowers, Angle Plows, Brooms, etc… All of Rylind Attachments and Buckets are available coupler equipped.

General Purpose Bucket

Rylind General Purpose Buckets are designed for material handling. They have a long-lip, flat bottom, open design for fast loading when stockpiling or loading material into trucks or charging hoppers. Typically, these buckets load faster and last longer than standard factory production buckets. They are direct replacement buckets for factory OEM.

Excavating and Grading Bucket

Rylind Excavating and Grading Buckets are a fast loading, flat bottom, long-lip designed bucket. They are excellent for basement excavation, site preparation and grading. This bucket makes a wheel loader an all-in-one building site prep tool, eliminating the need for multiple pieces of equipment. The full width rear drag plate for grading can be fitted with back-up rippers.

Light Material Bucket

Rylind Light Material Buckets are designed for high capacity light material handling applications. They are excellent for handling snow, grain, cotton seed, fertilizer, sawdust, coal, sugar beets, and other material under 1500 lbs/yd. They are manufactured entirely with high tensile steel and are frequently oversized for increased production capacity.

Multi-Purpose Bucket

Rylind Multi-Purpose Buckets are designed to dig, scrape, clam, or bulldoze material. This multi-use bucket is for wheel loader, crawler loader, or backhoe/loader applications. They work excellent in city applications handling everything from recycled asphalt and concrete to paper and plastic as well as construction and site prep work.

Top Clamp Grapple Bucket

Rylind Grapple Buckets are designed for handling bulk materials like hay, brush, trash and other recycled materials. They can be used for charging grinders, mixing trucks and handling round or square hay bales in the feed yard. The grapple tines and bucket are manufactured with high tensile steel and have replaceable hardened pins and bushings at all hinge points. The grapple can be easily removed for standard bucket operation.

High Dump Roll-Out Bucket

Rylind High Dump Roll-Out Buckets can increase dump clearance heights and reach by 40” or more. A 2.5 yard loader with a high capacity 5 yard bucket can have a 15’ dump clearance and extended reach. The vertical rear mounted twin cylinder design greatly reduces the tunnels in the bottom of the bucket. This also reduces load on the cylinders and keeps them out of the dirt and debris.

Heavy Duty Rock Type Bucket

Rylind Rock Type Buckets are heavy duty buckets designed to handle rock, shale, slag, ore and other abrasive type materials. An extra thick high-tensile shell and added wear plates are standard. They have a long-lip flat bottom design for fast loading, and can be ordered with a straight edge or modified spade nose with teeth and segments.

60” & 96” Manual Adjustable Forks

Rylind Manual Adjustable Forks are available with a 60” or 96” wide standard carriage.  They are used to handle different types of pipe, lumber, logs, hay bales, palletized materials and many other applications. Visibility is excellent through the fork carriage from the operator’s seat to the load being handled.  Heavy duty tine locks are standard to lock the tines back against the carriage.  Various types of mounting systems are available including the Rylind Wedge-loc coupler systems, Pin-loc coupler systems and pin-on mountings.

60” & 96” Hydraulic Adjustable Forks

Rylind hydraulic adjustable forks are available with a 60” or 96” wide standard carriage.  They are used to handle different types of pipe, lumber, logs, hay bales, palletized materials and many other applications. Visibility is excellent through the fork carriage from the operator’s seat to the load being handled.  The hydraulic adjusting cylinders are direct acting and operate using the loader’s hydraulic third function valve.  Heavy duty tine locks are standard to lock the tines back against the carriage.  Various types of mounting systems are available including the Rylind Wedge-loc coupler systems, Pin-loc coupler systems and pin-on mountings.

Double Top Clamp Forks

Rylind Double Top Clamp Forks can be used for clearing Logs, Brush, Lumber, Pipes, Beams, Railroad Ties and many other materials. The Top Clamps operate independently of one another, and have a Carriage width from 72” to 120” and Tine Lengths from 48” to 120”. OEM Pin-on or Coupler Equipped. Paddle Top Clamp Forks

Rylind Paddle Top Clamp Forks can be used for clearing Logs, Brush, Lumber, Pipes, Beams, Railroad Ties and many other things. Round Tine Grapple Forks

Rylind Round Tine Grapple Forks can be used for handling Bulk Materials such as Hay, Log Slabs, Brush and Trash. Ideal for Recycling Facilities and for Charging Tub Grinders, the open tine configuration lets the fine material drop through for better classifying. Round Tine Grapple Forks can also be configured as a grapple rake for land clearing. OEM Pin-on, Rylind Wedge Lock, or Coupler Equipped. Third Function Valve required for Operation.

Car Body Forks

Rylind Car Body Forks have 58” wide fixed tines to better handle scrap compact cars through the window frames of the crusher. Tine lengths are 72” or 96”. Tines are replaceable in the carriage. High back guards are available for stacking multiple crushed cars on flat bed trucks or railcars.

Jib Booms

Rylind Jib Booms are a great tool used with a Wheel Loader on site to quickly load or unload materials instead of having to have multiple machines. Standard units are two piece 8’ to 12’ extendable. An optional three piece 8’ to 15’ is available.

V-Type Snow Plows

Rylind V-Type Snow Plows can be mounted on either Wheel Loaders or Motor Graders. V-Plows come in 8’, 9’ and 10’ cutting widths and a 30° cutting edge angle for lifting and breaking the snow pack. Three adjustable skid shoes are standard. Wedge Lock, Quick Coupler, and Pin-on Mountings available.

Reverse Tripping Plows (RVT Series)

Rylind RVT Series Plows are mountable on Motor Graders and Wheel Loaders. Push frame is a heavy wall, double A-Frame Tubular construction with no angle iron. Large 3” Center Pin. Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Rylind RVD Series Blade is set at a 42° angle to the ground plane for earth cutting and snow removal. The cutting edges are three piece center punched reversible dozer type. Angel Dozer Blades are available in standard duty or severe duty configurations. Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Winged Angle Dozer Plows (WAR Series)

Rylind WAR Series Plows are designed for heavy duty snow removal in parking lots, parking structures, city streets and airports. The snow pack can be pulled away from curbs and gutters without dumping onto the sidewalks, then staked and hauled away. WAR Series Plows move up to 40% more snow per pass than a conventional angle plow. Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Hydraulic Angle Dozer Plows (SRP Series)

Rylind SRP Series are a ramp plow type blade with a more vertical cutting edge and a rolled top snow shield.  Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Six-Way Angle Dozer Plows (MDP Series)

Rylind MDP Series Dozer Plows operate in a left or right angle, a V-Configuration, or an inverted V-Configuration for the maximum utilization of a snow plow.  Tapered extended snow shields and cross over relief valves are standard equipment.  These can be Motor Grader or Wheel Loader mounted with many different mounting systems on the market today..

Small Winged Angle Ramp Plows (WAM Series)

Rylind WAM Series Plows are the same as the SRP Series Plows except with fixed wings mounted on the ends. These plows are designed for the Smaller Loaders, Graders, Loader Backhoes and Larger Skid Steer Loaders. Great for clearing out parking structures long driveways and and other areas where you need the manuverability of smaller equipment. Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Rylind RAM Series Plows are the same as the RVD Series Plows but these plows are designed for the Smaller Loaders, Loader Backhoes and larger Skid Steer Loaders. Snow Boss Snow Pushers

Rylind Snow Boss Snow Pushers are designed to mount on the bucket of your Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, or Loader Backhoe. The Snow Pusher comes standard with a rubber cutting edge. Side braces are enclosed to eliminate snow build up while clearing parking lots.

Straight Ramp Plows (RP Series)

Rylind Straight Ramp Plows are inexpensive straight box type plows with side plates for use in parking lot and airport ramp clearing applications.  They are designed to push and stack snow and are generally used in Wheel Loader applications.  Rylind Quick Coupler, Quick Hitch, or Pin-on Mountings are available on all attachments.

Hydraulic Reversing Snow Plows (CSX Series)

Rylind CSX Series Snow Plows are heavy duty plows designed for higher speed snow removal.  The push frame oscillated and floats to follow the road contour.  A chain lift package is standard with a spring loaded down pressure kit available.  These plows are generally used in Motor Grader application but can be adapted to Wheel Loaders.
